Suggested middle to late Iron Age hilltop enclosure discovered during the laying of a water pipeline (PRN 16122) on Winsmoor Hill. Some of the strip lynches that are a feature of the hill side east of Stocklinch may form part of the defensive circuit around the summit. {1}
