Description:
Iron-Age hillfort.

Details:
Roughly triangular hillfort. Univallate with a strong counterscarp bank on SW and SE. It encloses 7.5 acres. A number of probable storage pits were revealed during a magnetometer survey during 2004. Sir Richard Colt Hoare recorded a possible causeway running north-west from the end of hillfort (may be Medieval see SU19SE451).
